The Greater San Marcos Youth Council (GSMYC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support, resources, and advocacy for at-risk youth and families in the San Marcos community. Through a variety of programs, GSMYC offers shelter, counseling, and outreach services designed to promote safety, stability, and personal growth. By addressing critical issues such as family conflict, abuse, and neglect, GSMYC works to create a positive and nurturing environment where young individuals can thrive and build brighter futures.
Alpha Xi Delta is deeply committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of children experiencing foster care and homelessness. Through local and national partnerships with organizations addressing these critical issues, members work to raise awareness, organize donation drives, and volunteer their time to support children in need. Many chapters engage in initiatives such as collecting essential items, hosting fundraising events, or providing mentorship programs to help these children feel seen, valued, and supported.
